All sales are final. We do not accept returns.
Every piece in the gallery is an original, one-of-one work. We take great care to represent each artwork accurately — with detailed photography, dimensions, and in-person or private viewing opportunities before any acquisition is made.
Because of the nature of original art, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on completed sales. We encourage all collectors to:
- Request a private viewing before purchasing — we'll bring the piece to you or have it ready in the gallery
- Ask about our 7-day hold option to secure a piece while you measure your space and decide
- Contact us with any questions about condition, materials, or the artist's process before buying
Commissions
Custom commissioned works are non-refundable. A 50% deposit is required to begin, and the balance is due upon completion. The brief is finalized before work starts and cannot be substantially changed afterward.
Damaged on arrival
If a piece arrives damaged due to shipping, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@kushartgallery.com with photos. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the claim. This is the only exception to our no-return policy.
